Go-One Human Powered Vehicle blessed with electrical assist

First they designed an all-human powered tricycle or velomobile as they call it, and then they got a little exhausted legging it around so they added an electric assist motor to the Go-One. Designed by Michael Goretzky, who was involved in the development of Daimler Chrysler’s SMART automobile, the futuristic-looking yellow Go-One³ HPV has headlights, turn signals and joystick steering apart from a 500 watt BionX electric assist motor with a top speed of 20 mph. By the end of this year, they claim to bestow these electrical conveniences to include an optional 500 Watt electric assist motor. Of course the company is still promoting the tricycle as being fully-human powered, which begs me pose the question - Didn’t they invent something similar over a 100 years ago called the Bicycle? Whatever! If you want to own the technological marvel, it will set you back by $10,739.98 without the electric engine. Really smacks the living daylights out of the old-fashioned bicycle I say!
